This one-time session is dedicated to helping you release the panic and fear triggered by certain situations or experiences.

During this session, you’ll learn to release the emotional charge attached to what you fear most.
Together, we’ll shift your perception and rebuild a calm, grounded state of mind.
This is a 1.5-hour session combining core teachings, creative visualization, NLP and Timeline Therapy processes, and art therapy for an integrative, transformative experience.

This one-time session is designed to help you release harmful traumatic memories and restore safety within your physical and emotional body.
Trauma represents the imprint of emotionally charged experiences — often linked to sudden fear — following events such as accidents, loss, war, or assault, which automatically trigger the body’s survival mode.
After a trauma occurs, the subconscious mind often puts it to sleep, as the individual may not yet be ready to process it. When it begins to resurface through physical or emotional signals, it’s a sign that the time has come to acknowledge, release, and heal.
This is a 1.5-hour session that blends core teachings, creative visualization, NLP and Timeline Therapy techniques, and art therapy.
