Awaken your creativity, awaken your light

Dear creative mind,

I had the joy of participating in the KUNDALINI Yoga Festival – Edition 3, which took place from September 25 to October 1, 2021.The theme of this edition was: “How to serve your light.”

On this occasion, I facilitated an online workshop centered on a theme that is deeply meaningful to me: Awakening creativity, awakening your light.

This space was an invitation to reconnect with one’s creative energy, to listen to intuition, and to allow inner light to emerge through the practice of Kundalini Yoga.

A moment of sharing, presence, and inspiration, held within a beautiful collective energy.

I am grateful to have taken part in this event and to have been able to share this experience with everyone who attended.
