Reconnect with your inner child: A Journey Through CreArtivity

Dear creative mind,

In a world that constantly asks us to grow up, move faster, and carry more, we often forget one of the most powerful sources of wisdom we have: our inner child. This tender, curious, playful part of us holds our authenticity, our joy, and our deepest emotional truths. When we reconnect with it, healing unfolds gently and naturally.

Throwback at one of our most favorite CreArtivity workshop called “Reconnect with Your Inner Child” that took place in Dubai and where amazing souls got to receive insights about the power of their mind, connect with their essence & receive guidance about their life purpose.

This experience was far more than a workshop — it was a sacred space of remembrance. A space where participants allowed themselves to soften, to listen inwardly, and to reconnect with parts of themselves that had long been silent or overlooked.

Through intentional practices, attendees were invited to explore the emotional landscape of their inner child — the joys, the wounds, the unmet needs, and the forgotten dreams. They practiced empathy & forgiveness, reignited their sense of fun & pleasure within a creative and artistic framework. Laughter met vulnerability, and self-compassion replaced judgment.

Creativity became the bridge between the conscious and subconscious mind. Art, movement, and expression offered a language beyond words — one that the inner child understands deeply. This process allowed participants to release emotional blocks, gain clarity, and cultivate a renewed sense of self-trust.

The workshop included a talk, a guided meditation, role plays, art therapy & intuitive reading, self-expression & conscious sharing. Each element was carefully designed to support emotional safety, personal insight, and genuine connection — both with oneself and with others.

As the session unfolded, something beautiful emerged: a collective sense of lightness, grounding, and reconnection. Many left with a clearer understanding of their life purpose, and most importantly, with a deeper relationship with themselves.
